Clifton Assessment: Leverage Your True Strengths

Conventional development wisdom suggests we maintain our strengths while working on fixing our weaknesses.  But with only one in three of us feeling that at work we have the opportunity to do what we do best, we need to explore different ways of unlocking people’s talents. 

The Clifton Strengths approach works on the belief that people actually excel when their talents are identified and developed into strengths. It then helps you understand how your strengths can be leveraged to achieve in areas that you might or might not currently excel at. This is not about training to gain a strength but leaning into something that is already present in you and then deploying those strengths to achieve better. 

The Clifton Strengths Assessment is a simple psychometric test which produces an incredibly intuitive report focusing on your innate talents, which can then inform development and mentoring conversations about why you operate the way you do, how you can be better at your role and derive more personal satisfaction from your work.
