Experience
Anton started in the agency world in 1990 and launched his first business in 1997. Since then, he has built, bought and sold 4 agencies, all the time growing revenues and profits.
He has weathered three recessions and still managed to build an agency model that returned over £14M in revenues and a very healthy operating profit.
Anton now splits his time between running his Creative Experience Agency, Collider, and advising other founders on how to manage, grow, buy and sell.
Having been at the helm of businesses small and large for over 20 years he is able to take a holistic view of growth but loves nothing more than to deep-dive into the four key silos that he feels really make a business click: People, Process, Profile and Profit.
